"Compass’s application provides the best service for money management.  The ability to open new accounts, CD’s and move money is best in class in my experience.  I have historically banked with numerous national financial institutions, many of whom possess apps that block or restrict your ability to move your money around as you deem appropriate, especially when it relates to external transfers. Compass makes the process of managing your money easy, and decentralized, without the need for face-to-face interactions to get the most out of your savings.  We love banking here and will be consolidating our families accounts to Compass in the future.

We recently traveled outside the country for a family vacation. We needed to download a few applications for payment services that originated outside the US.  These applications triggered fraud alerts and froze our cards.  Compass’s tech support was immediate, within 2 minutes.  They called to confirm the charges, location, and duration, and allowed us to enjoy the balance of our trip.  We had tried this same process with a national bank (Harmony) and LMCU, which resulted in multiple day delays, and freezing of our cards, rendering them useless for the duration of the trip.  These consumer-oriented timelines for follow up and member service focus truly differentiate Compass from the other banks we have used in the past."
